EAMS Public Search Tool
EAMS is a computer-based case management system that simplified and improved the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) case management process. EAMS went live for internal users-DWC and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board employees at DWC administration and district offices-Aug. 25, 2008. Since then, external users also now have access to case information online. The information on workers’ compensation adjudication cases provided through this search function is public information.

EAMS is a computer based system that improved the DWC case management process in resolving claims more easily, in improving the task of scheduling and managing court calendars, and in converting paper files into secure electronic files, reducing the need for physical storage space at local DWC offices and the State Records Center.
