EAMS Public Search Tool

EAMS is a computer-based case management system that simplified and improved the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) case management process. EAMS went live for internal users-DWC and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board employees at DWC administration and district offices-Aug. 25, 2008. Since then, external users also now have access to case information online. The information on workers’ compensation adjudication cases provided through this search function is public information.

California Workers’ Comp Premiums Growing at Double-Digit Rates

Workers’ compensation premiums in California continue to grow at double-digit rates, according to the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau.The WCIRB recently released its “State of the California Worker’s Compensation Report,” and authors of the report highlighted developing trends over the past few years in the wake of the state’s massive workers’ comp reforms.
