EAMS Public Search Tool
EAMS is a computer-based case management system that simplified and improved the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) case management process. EAMS went live for internal users-DWC and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board employees at DWC administration and district offices-Aug. 25, 2008. Since then, external users also now have access to case information online. The information on workers’ compensation adjudication cases provided through this search function is public information.

There are three different filing methods on EAMS. They are JET File, E-Forms, and OCR forms. Jet File and E-Forms are filed electronically, while OCR Forms are filed manually. JET File and E-Forms are the faster options because they are done electronically.
